The culture is real, from leadership down to all other roles. True belief in respecting employees and it shows up in company decisions.

Cons

The company is trying to figure out what balance it needs to strike between employee management freedom and preset company standards. As the company grews larger and large, it seems it is shifting more towards the latter to protect the interests of the company. This can make the place feel much different than it was previously.
