Amazing company culture, they care about me and take great care of me, the people are work with are some of the best in the industry, they truly are different than most other GCs out there and employees and clients gravitate to that

Great Company, Great Community

Pros

It’s awesome to work for a company that not only leads the industry, but has an incredible company culture with an excellent community of coworkers.

Cons

Like most construction companies, the work life balance is not great. If I could do what I do for only 40-50 hours per week instead of 60 I would have no complaints.
