Nice projects but they end soon and change personnel. You have a temporary contract for years. Look for a real job instead

Cons

Lazy people, old stile environment. Easily available government fundings to get and waist money. Nobody interested in results or finishing assignments because fundings run out and they just click for next ones. At the end of the funding they replace the workers
