Cons

Very low salary for very long, with no contribution to social security. No possibility of applying for permanent residence or german nationality. Very low or no acountability to supervisors, opening to systematic neglect, low support, and abuse.

Nice working atmosphere. Up to 4 days per week of home office (unless work needs to be done in premieres, e.g. labs). Competitive salary.

Cons

Low chances to get a permanent position so, as per German labor law, you may be let go after two consecutive 3 year contracts.
