      Decent discount, fun work at times

      Cons

      Terrible pay, horrible scheduling of hours to work. Too many times a closing shift followed by an opening shift. Need more people to work the store, all departments, always short staffed.

      Pros

      Mostly good products and 25% employee discounts.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is toxic. You will be condescended to, treated as though you were stupide, hectored to produce credit cards, extended warranties, and other "services", all to enhance the bonuses of salaried managers and corporate bureaucrats with zero upside for you. Promotion is very slow. Political correctness is absolute.

      Working in apparel you will definitely get your steps in for the day.

      Cons

      Hardest department to work in. Knowing everyone expect you to recover apparel by yourself when it’s more than 50% of the store.
