Pros

Good work environment with nice people. Flexible work hours. Causal dress code. Company is actively building and acquiring new stores. Good benefits package. Extensive training programs. Continued training throughout career. Meetings with CEO and other executives. Full gym and cafeteria. Pittsburgh has a low cost of living and a nice night life. Does not lay off distribution workers and gives them hours if they want tham (will find work for them to do). Good job security. Moving to a new and much bigger headquaters soon. Extensive intern and merchandise training program. Starting similar programs in finance.

Cons

Low salaries. Currenly being hit hard by the economy. Office is crowded.

Pros

Huge growth potential. Varied and fun range of products. Great employee discounts. If you work hard i doubt you'll ever be out of a job judging by the popularity of DSG stores.

Cons

Long hours for managers. Work every holiday (it's retail). Lots more corporate 'red tape' as the brand grows. Senior management given tough metric goals. This sometimes trickles down the chain in the form of stress and desperation.

Pros

If you're a half decent employee, you're more likely to get better hours and easier to get time off. The discount is fairly reasonable compared to other places, however they could probably do a little better because their margins are very high.

Cons

Hours have been greatly cut, the big wigs don't realize that not everyone wants a scorecard, no matter how hard you try. Employee recognition is horrible.. I mean people that win employee of the month don't even know they won! And they don't get anything, just a piece of paper saying they won. It also seems as though you could do everything right and do better than expected, but the upper managers will just ask for more, more, more.
