      Dick's Sporting Goods is a great place to work, just a little too much drama sometimes.

      Pros

      DSG has a very fun atmosphere and does not usually cause much stress throughout the day. Were a sports oriented store so everyone who comes in you can usually relate to.

      Cons

      Management could probably be a little bit better overall, and some of the staff tend to cause a lot of drama that is typical in most high schools, not a workplace.

      Pros

      Good entry level position in sales for those who enjoy various sports. Gave decent benefits and discounts to their employees.

      Cons

      Recieved very little training for the position and was often understaffed. Dicks Sporting Goods also gives their employees fairly low wages.

      Pros

      I received a 25% discount. Most of my coworkers were friendly and were always ready to lend a helping hand.

      Cons

      The store was three towns away from my home and I didn't enjoy the job enough for it to be worth it, but that's just a personal problem on my part.
