      Decent for part time, but between inventory and policies it would drive me crazy as a career.

      -Ability to make an impact on customers if you are knowlegeful and passionate about sports. -If you get a position within your passion, it will allow you to feel important.

      Cons

      -HORRIBLE stock room policies (nothing is ever kept in order) -Input is disregarded by management -A pat on the back takes more than hard work, but a repremand is just as easy to recieve as a blink of the eye

      Working at Dicks you are given a good employee discount

      Cons

      You are scheduled 5-12 hours a week and then called in when needed, if you don't go in when called you won't be called anymore. Management REALLY pushes sales, scorecards, St. Jude. No one gets full time hours except for top management No communication as to what is expected of you until it's too late
