      Managers work with the school schedule for part time associates.

      Cons

      No such thing as a fixed schedule your shifts will change from week to week. Their is less than one week advancement on your work schedule for the next week.

      Fun job, hours are ok, decent discounts on sporting goods, most of the employees are friendly and willing to help.

      Cons

      Poor management, always understaffed, large lack of training on product sold in stores. Buyers are clueless about the markets they are buying for.
