Great benefits for full-time employees, fun yet competitive atmosphere, there is opportunity for advancement for the few employees that are really competent.

Cons

Very slow at doing things they discuss, they do not always have the best quality merchandise for you to sell.

The best experience everyone shared through out among each other was a positive attitude and team effort to help the customer.

Cons

Upper management made sure you always felt you weren't doing enough, that you were sub par all the time-especially meeting metrics. Also micro management was periodically an issue that ruined morale frequently. Leadership was rarely inspiring and the best leaders always flee the company. The best way to receive a promotion or good review was to fraternize with your immediate superior as job performance was often ignored.
