Part time work in an area you like (fishing)

Cons

There are no managers at the store I worked at, only bullies, which permeates the management culture. I also work at REI and can see the difference. There are no full timers except management which saves them benefit money. Management is obsessed with selling warranty plans, which reflects on the quality of the goods.

I started off as a sales associate seasonally during college, and have seen great advancement since i started.

Cons

I can't really think of any - I guess the fact that it is such a big company and sometimes I feel lost in the shuffle.
