      Pros

      It usually gave decent brakes.

      Cons

      The breaks were made much shorter, they make you their slave. Too much work for too little pay. Too many children went there as well.

      There is nothing about working here except for the Employee Discount

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! NO payroll = no hours or associates to work. Place is huge and there is only 6 associates to cover the entire building, which leaves the salaried managers left to pick up all the pieces. Too much for the managers to do! Corporate needs to rethink their plans!

      good pay, nice people, high end products, good benefits, they hire good working individuals, teamwork is key at dicks sporting goods.

      Cons

      too many price changes, older stores remerchandise way too often, computer system can be very slow, sometimes too much delegation by management.
