Work/life balance. Co-workers are great, hard working people.

Cons

"Leadership" and I use the word loosely is terrible. It's all a game of politics and who you know. Hard work constantly goes unnoticed and unqualified employees get promoted because they are buddies with management. Every move management makes is to bow down to the CEO, regardless of what they believe is the right business decision. If you aren't a "yes" person you are tagged as negative and you can't escape that tag. Management is constantly changing the direction of the ship and dumping the work of those changes on the workers with no appreciation for how much effort has to be exerted due to their lack of strategy.

Dicks 2.0 is a huge mistake and not customer friendly. Taking people off the floor and cutting payroll and hoping people get trained. There is no more pros working in the buildings there is under trained managers trying to help customers while trying to do there job. Managers hours increased along with work load. Don’t work here if you want to be a manager as you will not manage you will be an associate and still be expected to drive results.
