Pros

Excellent benefits and programs for employees such as charity sales, blue call, pysch, etc

Cons

Management oversee the employees with the likeness of a controlled institution. The management have a regimen which consists of standing at the top of conveyors in shifts and surveilling the employees while they work, follow employees around the warehouse in an intimidating way even though the warehouse is completely wired with cameras, and favortism and corruption is so deeply embedded in the culture from management, that it makes working at a great company more than challenging. I am not ranting or venting, you are welcome to come and become apart of us and see firsthand.

Pros

hourly pay not too bad job was close to my house MOST of my fellow associates were awesome to work with!

Cons

As far as management goes? This was the worse place i have ever worked! As an associate you get talked down to on a regular basis..unless of course, you are one of the managers "pets". Though i wasn't a cashier i often felt sorry for the CONSTANT pressure them folks had put on them to push them ole scorecards and St. Judes donations. Hours were constantly cut, so having any consistency in a paycheck was just ridiculous. I often heard CSM's plotting bad hours for other front enders that they didnt like. You often got overlooked for your hard work but they sure let you know if you made a mistake.

Pros

Great office. Give up to community. Health benefits. Pittsburgh is a great town

Cons

Lots of favoritism. If you come from the outside you will have a hard time. They don’t want to listen to advice from outside experience. They do layoffs every three years and get rid of older folks that make more money and replace them with graduates from college for less pay. Horrible systems and buyers are gods. Buyers are clueless to financial numbers. Otb every two weeks and nothing comes out of it. Everything is plannings fault. They pretend they care but they don’t. Lots of fluff. If your name is Chad or Brad you will be ok. Also you work long hours because everything is micro managed and nothing ever gets decided. Worked late at night and every single Sunday. No support from upper management.
