      Pros

      Absolutely great group of people! So many people in our stores describe the culture as a family atmosphere. They treat each other well and have a lot of fun. Highly unusual in such a competitive industry. Everyone is very collaborative, willing to pitch in and work on projects together, help each other, and have a good time doing it.

      Pros

      They had a great training program and everyone was willing to help you out if yiu needed it. Most everyone was pretty positive too.

      Cons

      They required a lot of time from you and the benefits were so-so at best. Definitely need to love the job or you will not last.
