-Poor pay plan -Long hours -Shady accounting (taking back bonus money, carrying over COMPLETE deals so you don't hit your bonus) -Not dispersing leads fairly

Great management. Management was very flexible with me. Had free lunch every other Saturday. You have the ability to work on your sales skills. *Last year at employer 2008. (Glassdoor did not allow me to put that year).

Cons

Long Hours, including weekends. Accounting would mess up on commission sheets. It is important that you keep on checking or recording your sales so that in case accounting messes up, you claim for that sale. *Last year at employer 2008. (Glassdoor did not allow me to put that year).
