Pros

Performance is quickly rewarded (think months not years) and employees are given a clear vision for how they can grow within the company. Fun work environment. Anyone's input is truly valued. It doesn't matter if you just started or have been with the company for years, the company is always open to feedback and new ideas that can improve the business. Be a part of a company that is trying to re-define the automotive business.

Cons

Some days you have to work long hours as needed to meet the needs of the business. Fast-paced work environment. Things are constantly evolving and you must be able to quickly adapt to change.

Pros

I was able to work in a lot of different environments. I was also able to try out a bunch of different possible jobs. I got to know a lot of people in the company and tag along at events.

Cons

This is a male-dominated company. This wasn't surprising because the automotive industry is very male-dominated.

Pros

The people I worked with were great to an extent.

Cons

A lot of negativity and scheming. The office environment is very negative. People walk on eggshells in the office especially when the CEO is in the office. He tends to have issues with the most menial things around the office. Pay and pay raises are basically non existent. Unless you're an executive, family member or have known the family for years you won't see competitive pay or a raise. Dress code is very strict and very 1999. Suit or some sort of combo of a dress shirt and tie. A lot of two faced people. Employee moral is low. Most of the executives there don't really know what they are doing. There are no growth opportunities.
