You will learn new information about Toyota’s, the work is not that hard, hours are flexible if something personal does come up you need to take care of.

Cons

Senior techs do not like to teach younger techs, some refuse to teach younger techs coming up. Empty promises of raises and furthering your career with certifications(at least the Baltimore location). The pay is minimum wage coupled with small commission based flat rate, if your lucky you will make $650 take home every two weeks.

Inaccurately described their expectations for the position I was hired for. No training and no guidance from upper management. Very inexperienced management
