-Initial sales training that was required before joining was good -Good pay plan/pay potential if you're good at holding gross/back on trades -Young, energetic, low pressure work environment -Morning meetings were fun

Cons

-Management was very immature and chose to gossip over attending my deals with urgency -Managers can be very emotionally unstable and ruin your deals -Favoritism -Can be very uncomfortable to be here as a female -Managers are racist and sexist
