Pros

You can make a really big paycheck if you put in hard work and time. This is a cyclical job which means if the economy is great then there's lots of work and vice versa.

Cons

Every place where there are people that make tons of money, they treat all the small people as if they aren't even visible. I'm talking about all the brokers. yes you guys!!!!! we are the ones that help you make the big bucks, why not share some love and money? Even all the other admins were complaining that they don't receive gratitude for the work they put in. Everyone just puts on a facade.

Pros

I work with great individuals. Their office location is an easy commute. They are flexible with the work week.

Cons

I work at an offsite location and do not see the management often.

Pros

Cushman & Wakefield is one of the most supportive environments to develop as a professional that I have experienced. The accessibility of senior level professionals is incredible, as is their eagerness to impart their knowledge to you. At a very early stage in my career in C&W, I was expected to undertake significant responsibilities and perform to high standards. However, as I mentioned earlier, management provides a very supportive environment in which to work, and I've never felt overwhelmed by the challenges. In addition, the ability to consistently work on first-class projects have enabled me to achieve a quality of experience that would be hard to replicate elsewhere.

Cons

Benefits are lower when compared to similar roles in other firms. Interaction between service lines is limited.
