      Good place to help women get healthy. Flexible hours for staff employees.

      Cons

      Company flooded the market with too many franchises too close together, creating too much inner competition. Lack of honesty from upper management about direction of company with regard to potential growth for owners through new programs. Hard market to stay profitable in during a recession.
