Not working saturdays after much battling to get this implemented

Cons

I agreed with another reviewer I too was bullied until my health meant I had to leave. Team Leaders and Managers ignored all complaints and even CEO didn't believe the underlying culture within the company.

Pros

Some employees do well by putting in the hard effort and it pays off. There are good opportunities for a few people who catch the eye of management. The small company means that people know each other and it creates a bit of a family atmosphere which is nice to work in.

Cons

Although some employees who work hard get recognised, many others do not. Talent is often overlooked by some managers (emphasis on "some", as others were very good) and employees were disregarded for opportunities. So many employees ended up doing the same thing over and over whilst others had variety and ended up being promoted. It became very "clicky" and this was one of the reasons I left. Pay could have also been better but (as my manager actually said to us) "beggars can't be choosers"! Not the worst place I've worked but it definitely had its fair share of problems.

Pros

The people are great, the MD updates us every month and new products are coming. First sales job I've had where commission is really achievable every month. Any other job I go to now wouldn't give me the top line salary. Late start is good and early finish Friday's and dress down Friday's. Health ins.

Cons

Fixed break times is a bit of a pain as sometimes I'm hungry before my allotted time. We've not got sick pay yet but it's coming and pension is too
