      Pros

      Outstanding people. 95% of the staff I intereacted with made me feel accepted and appreciated almost immediately, and shared information and industry expertise more openly and freely than any other group of individuals or organization I'd encountered before or since.

      Cons

      The work we discussed in the interview was 180 degrees different than the work I ended up doing, 100% of the time. Very unsatisfying.

      Pros

      Good People to work with in the trenches. Some upper levels recognize talent and help to encourage it, but not many

      Cons

      With all the "restructuring" that has been going on, people are walking on eggshells wondering if they will be getting the axe next, morale is low

      Pros

      Staff level is a solid group of individuals, and really fun to work with, and that right there makes the dreadful busy season bearable. Crowe pays for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!

      Cons

      Wayyyy to conservative for me, and I understand you'll have this at an accounting firm, but try to loosen up a bit.
