Volume of clients and complexity of issues. There are more than a few talented managers, directors, and partners whom are well-versed in tax law and technically savvy.

Cons

Crowe has an obscure culture, and is generally "clicky" for lack of a better way of putting it. There are weird power struggles amongst all of the major offices internally and externally.

There were lots of training opportunities, community involvement activities, and the Los Angeles area office was in a great location.

Cons

Inconsistencies among offices - little opportunity for advancement for those without accounting degrees. Very low increases in annual salary - below cost of living standard rates.
