      Pros

      - excellent resources and training - listen to their employees - big enough where you have opportunities to learn and grow without being too big where you become just another number.

      Cons

      - Work is quite individualistic, lack of collaboration between employees. - Quiet/empty office - as most employees are at the clients most days

      Benefits are decent and values on paper seem good

      Cons

      Management and support structure Managers that will take 0 accountability for their weaknesses and deflect blame on others. I came in believing that Crowe had an amazing support and coaching structure. I've always relished new challenges but understood that I would have the support and guidance to take on this new challenge. Very early on into my employment, I discovered that wasn't the case. My coach and manager came into the office once every 4 to 5 weeks, had no peers to rely on as it was an administrative position, and the only other manager worked out of state and had terrible leadership qualities. One of the top leaders in the audit firm even expressed to me to avoid her as a role model on who I should become.

      Pros

      Great paid time off, benefits, work/life balance, dress policy, and perks (lots of free lunches/breakfasts). The company encourages volunteer work and pays for CPA exams and study materials. Great advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Low pay for CAST workers. The department is new, so the structure is still being developed. Long hours during busy season.
