People are generally friendly. I have good team members. My office is close to my home. It is a top 10 CPA firm in the nation, and therefore, we have more resources than small firms.

Cons

Employees are not compensated by their performance; instead, their compensations are more tied to the years of servicing the company.

In aspiration to move up market the firm has put its values up for sale. This has caused back stabbing, greedy partners and employees and encouraged poor service to its clients. The corporate governance in this firm is horrible starting at the top. I would not hire this firm.
