I think there are a lot of opportunities to grow. Current circumstances are unique. Otherwise, not a bad company after all.

Cons

I tend to agree with some of the other postings. Leadership is lacking. While the market is not good overall. There are other similar companies that are thriving. The leadership can do more. Changes to policies are required.

Work at Crowe Horwath was great in the past but is presently stressful re: job security!

Great opportunities to learn and grow - professionally and personally. Great online training opportunities. Great place to work re: work - life balance

Cons

Remuneration is not at par with the industry - especially their success sharing plan. Thier non compensation program is not interesting and not popular enough within the firm. Unsure about job security - it always seems that people are still getting fired left and right without notice from management.
