Good place to work, but basically get paid minimum wage

When it's not busy season, they are very flexible with PTO Friendly co-workers who are mostly friends outside of work too If you travel a lot, the road warrior program is great

Cons

Pay increases and bonuses have stopped but workload has tripled since the mass layoffs They expect you to take ownership of the jobs, but give you nothing for it They make you spend hours fill out career link for your "annual plan' and your coach evaluates your performance for the year, but then promotions/bonuses (if you call $300 a bonus) based on a consensus meeting of the partners

Current management team manages day to day reactive instead of proactive loss of trust with employees massive firings have hurt the talent pool unrealistic budgets and hours expectations worry too much about small special interest groups instead of staff as a whole
