This is a Great place to work. I enjoy working here and have great team members. Management listens to the needs of the employees.

Cons

As with all public accounting positions, especially audit positions, the hours during busy season are LONG. Also wish the traveling incentives were better.

Even though leadership has employee work-life balance as a priority, the overall culture is professional and competitive which might not be a great fit for someone who's too laid back and only cares about making a living
