Lots of opportunity to contribute and provide value to clients. Getting into the field to work directly with clients and being coached by people with more experience.

Cons

Not a place to work if you expect to be coddled. Structure and training programs lag behind some of the larger firms.

I was very disappointed in this company when they did not pay me for my last two weeks of work.

Pros

Cubicles were pretty spacious with multiple drawers to store files. Paperless filing systems.

Cons

Not a good learning environment, especially for a first year. Certain partners and management need to learn to treat employees with respect. Work needed to be distributed more evenly among employees. Partners and management need to be more willing to answer questions. Hostile environment at times.
