      Pros

      I really enjoy the culture at Crowe. They appreciate your work and care about you as a person. I am able to work in many different industries and I am not pigeon holed into working on one specific area of an audit.

      Cons

      Wish we had more PTO to align with the Big 4 and that we had more time for paternity leave (Currently 1 day).

      In a short amount of time you are exposed to a wide variety of clients and projects. New hires are given freedom to work independently.

      Cons

      Sometimes the amount of hours and travel can wear you down. Keep a positive attitude and don't be afraid to speak up when things are not going in your favor and management will usually listen.
