Great company with a clear path for career mobility. Awesome to work with smart colleagues who are ambitious.

Cons

No real “cons” at my level… just tradeoffs. If work-life balance is the only thing important to you, work at a small firm. If you want to work on the only Fortune 500 clients, go to Big 4. If you want the best of both worlds, Crowe is a great company to work for.
