      Pros

      Crowe was in high growth mode at the time that I left. There was good support for the staff with details incorporated in the environment to make the offices generally user friendly.

      Cons

      I found the environment stiff from a people perspective. Often the people in recruiting were more interested in making sure things looked right rather than making sure they produced sound results. I also found that organizational goals centered on work-life balance were spoken of but my personal experience did not reflect dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

      Pros

      Everyone is very open to helping you succeed. You start off getting four weeks PTO, plus holidays off and they are very accommodating.

      Cons

      The hours during busy season are long, but not nearly as long as the big 4 firm that I used to work for.
