This company is fully invested in their culture and the employees. The company really takes its time to ensure that each employee fully understands Crowe's vision. I am grateful I get to finally have a company that believes and lives its values.

Great work-life balance even with high travel requirements for risk personnel. I would definitely recommend it for those looking to gain experience under their belt

Cons

It is a rather small firm which requires a lot of travel. It is not a big four firm either.
