Pros

Crowe offers great benefits in terms of PTO, health care, and 401k options. The firm also offers decent training options and seminars.

Cons

I found the federal tax division to have issues with office politics and communication. The firm has made efforts to change the culture, but there was a pattern of disrespect, favoritism, and frankly, verbal abuse. Additionally, personnel in management were often not equipped to be managers in terms of communication and training skills. Even though there were great benefits, I found Crowe's NY tax office to be a very unhappy place to work.

Pros

Really great employer to work for. They are very progressive with their where to work policy and what to wear. Would recommend.

Cons

Hours worked seems to be higher than other areas. It is nice experience but the work life balance could be better. This is just to finish the review.
