Great alternative to the Big Four

Opportunities for advancement, traveling (if you life to travel), very collaborative environment, pay is competitive compared to other big four accounting firms for Staff roles,

Cons

The turnover is high just like most accounting firms so their aren't a lot of managers. Crowe mainly serves the financial services industry so expect receive little to no experience in non-financial industries (manufacturing, technology, government, etc.)

Compensation was above average. Opportunities for advancement seemed to be displayed well and innovation and development were important.

Cons

The company could do a much better job of recognizing employees for their accomplishments and achievements, as only a few are recognized.

It is Good Training for a carrer in accounting. I have great coworkers who are very knowledgeable in our field.

Cons

They work you to death until you just can not stay there any longer. There is no benefit to working this hard. The bonuses are not very good and they don't seem to care.
