A horrible place to work

Remote flexibility (which I honestly think is out the door with new client engagements coming up)

Cons

Literally everything. Management is a MESS. Long hours are required at all times. Pay is TERRIBLE... literally terrible and no 4% increase or one time bonus is gonna do anything about it. Speaking of which the new bonus structure is terrible.

Crowe is a great employer, quite smart people and very understanding managers.

Cons

The expectations are really high. The new bonus system is not wholly transparent and many people don't know what to do to get the bonus.
