I've seen reviews lately that say Crowe is supportive of employee development. This couldn't be further from the truth. You are nothing more than a "resource" and will be tossed aside if need be.

Cons

The feedback comes late and is not constructive.

Pros

Crowe practices what they "preach", they are truly committed to their people. Crowe wants their people to grow and develop. We want to create leaders, for succession and also just for individual satisfaction. I believe Crowe truly honors and lives their core values, and they're threaded throughout everything we do.

Cons

We're trying to grow, quickly and we tend to make decisions sometimes without truly considering the implications.
