Work/life balance, benefits, people and culture- Crowe has been instrumental in making my life flow more smoothly as a solo mom working full-time.

Cons

Busy season can be rough for certain groups- Crowe does it's best to mitigate the work load for individuals and build a team environment.

Pros

The people are fabulous -- During the onboarding time, you are exposed to people who can help you in your position no matter where in the country they live. People are willing to stop what they are doing to help you and answer your questions. The company is very tech savvy -- equipment and software is always up-to-date. Great benefits. I wish I had started here 20 years ago!

Cons

None with Crowe -- my only complaint is the commute, especially in the afternoon, is long, but that's a Miami issue.
