Great environment and people to work with. Very inclusive.

Cons

Apparently Crowe has issues with their budget and laid off a lot of people including myself. I was in wave 2 of this year as they laid off a lot of people back in May 2024 as well.

- Whole system is a mess with favouritism at its peak - Top level management will listen to your problems but will do nothing and ultimately you'll be fired - unnecessary pressure is being created and unrealistic expectations are set
