Seniors are nice, they willing to teach when I don’t know certain things. Good environment.

Cons

The culture is a bit off. I can see the colleagues are grouped. Some managers choose the staff and give important tasks to their favourite staffs.

I wish I had any. HR was useless and the pay while it may look great is not worth the work load, also their training is a joke.

Cons

Unpaid overtime. Excessive hours. Burnout. Managers were of no help and don’t count on coworkers here they’re toxic as can be.
