Pros

At times, very good flexibility and competitive compensation.

Cons

Once you start getting a bit of recognition, 50% of your senior management will just keep telling you how special you are. This crap happens at every public accounting apparently but they will try their best to make you feel special but their pretense is very obvious. At trainings and through various announcements, they will keep saying "oh we are doing so well, growing 200%" then after a few weeks, they will just randomly fire people cuz all of that was a lie and their business doesnt work since all they do is selling themselves short, calling that an "investment", then advertising as "Unique Alternative to Big 4" lol. Stay away and go to Big 4 by all means, or learn what you can and gtfo.

Pros

Started out of college in 2013; have progressed from Staff to Senior Staff Consultant -Quick promotion schedule -Management is actively changing firm culture for the better -Collaborative, supportive environment -Very career-driven schedules; you make your own career and have all the support you'll ever need to move forward -Commitment to work/life balance; rarely are consultants asked to work over 60 hours a week

Cons

-Firm still has vestiges of accounting/tax background in culture; not as innovative or flexible as a true tech/consulting firm should be -Compensation is on the lower end; despite non-monetary perks, firm cannot continue to grow and thrive without adequately paying their employees

Pros

Some of the people are great. Clients were good and had a lot of exposure to them. It's a good paycheck for starting out of school.

Cons

A lot of bad people. Tons of politics. pay is below average for hours that are above average. They don't listen to the people actually doing the work i.e. new computer system is garbage and if you say something bad about it you get yelled at. Mangers and partners are useless resources for anything. Seemed more focused on dress policy that actual work.
