The pay is ok for the industry

Cons

The manufacturing consulting side of the business is in leadership shambles. Sr Managers will talk about you behind your back. They will be condescending to you in front of others. They will throw you under the bus to the partners. They do not know how to lead people at all. They should not be Sr Managers. They are not ready. Leadership have their positions simply because they have tenure and know how to brown nose and not because they actually know what they are doing.
