Pros

Growing company with fast paced environment, at least where I work. Work culture is fun and there is always something to do. The product at Crocs is always fun and inventive.

Cons

Seems like corporate doesn’t communicate well. Whether it’s a new program or store visual they don’t seem to cross every t and dot every i. Never seen a company clearance merchandise and bring it back next season either. Stores drown in old product because the company doesn’t do a lot of markdowns and/or buy too much product.
