As seasons change so does hours, one month you are almost at 40hours a week, then the next you are begging for hours. Rules were never applied to everyone, don’t think of taking a trip around the holidays because you have black out days and aren’t able to take off. Would be fully Staffed yet, wouldn’t have enough coverage because call outs. Sometimes would have to work from open to close, because call outs.

In an effort to be fair the equity of treatment is far from equal. Some people take advantage of the situation. Those that work hard and take pride in their work are not treated fairly. Those that cause drama and draw attention get treated with kit gloves and everyone else has to make concessions. The differences between the shifts is drastic. Its literally night and day. There is drama on all shifts but it is dealt with extremely differently. As is the workload. The priorities are completely different on every shift. There is very little continuity on how things are done. They have spent lots of money on automation and very few people in leadership understand how it works. There is no interest in asking the actual people that do the work their options on how to make it better.
