      Casual environment, new office, fun co-workers

      Cons

      Terrible leadership in Colorado office where ego outweighs ability and self-preservation drives decision-making. If any Crocs VP+ leaders had been the captain of the Titanic, they would have thrown passengers overboard in order to get to safety boats first. Crocs internal dysfunction is its own worst enemy and talent will continue to flee. As soon as consumer demand softens, which it will soon, an already challenging workplace will become unbearable.

      i had nice co-workers and generally got along with them and the job requirements were not over-demanding

      store in charge was unpleasant and not the mist understanding and hr can take days to reply

      The environment and overall sales culture of the company is something to be excited about. Easy path towards promotion.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive enough for living costs. Poor management in key roles like Store Manager and above. Lack of transparency in their decision-making processes and lack of touch with employees.
