The only Con in my opinion isn't that horrible, but it would be the distance and travel time for some.

Cons

The company has an overall toxic culture, with management offering minimal training and guidance. When mistakes are made, they’re quick to point them out but rarely offer constructive feedback or support. Upper management can be openly disrespectful, belittling employees in front of their peers, using profanity, and resorting to derogatory language. Work-life balance is non-existent, with my manager often emailing late into the night, pushing work after hours. The office atmosphere is filled with negativity, and there is a culture of cruelty among certain individuals, who unfortunately seem to be rewarded rather than held accountable. I would not recommend this company for anyone seeking a healthy, supportive work environment.
