Good pay, $12/hr. Discounts are great if the full-timers allow you to get their discounts haha

Cons

have to "dress up/wear makeup" every shift (can get tiring, time consuming), managers will make you work and feel like a full timer despite being a part timer which sucks big time. Awful long standing/work hours for part timers. Can be as long as 10hr shift in a day (w 2 hr breaks but still tiring). Pay rate on PH not even double or 1.5 rate??. Cant really be creative in looks as compared to other countries Crocs (have to wear uniform)

Phenomenal work culture, excellent work-life balance. I never felt like I dreaded going to work here. Every day was enjoyable.

Cons

The compensation is good, but there are no raises. It is a great starting point, miles ahead of anything in the area but after three years, no raise seems unfair.
