      Multiple opportunities for advancement. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. World class Crocs sponsored Leadership University. Exciting and fast paced environment. Middle Management cares deeply about the work that they produce. Great benefits. Workout facilities and classes on campus.

      - High growth company, provides great career opportunities - Great camaraderie among co-workers - Competitive wages - Great benefits - GREAT NEW GM IN THE AMERICAS REGION - Softball league in summer - New focus on employee development - Lack of structure

      Cons

      - Can be political (this is really just 4 departments) - Not clear goals for company and BU's - Bonus program is not clear and consistent - If you want to interpret a manual to do your job don't work here - Lack of structure If you can't handle a fast paced environment where you are expected to pull your weight and come up with solutions at all levels, this is not the organization for you.
