Great company and a great location on the front range in Colorado. Niwot is a great area to work. Great people

Cons

The salary wasn't very good, and I would have liked to have more benefits. The management wasn't very accessible for the lower employees.

Flexible schedule, tight knit work team, very relaxed and friendly setting allowing to build relationships with co-workers and management

Features of different styles of shoes are only accessible online therefore when asked by customers, explaining could be difficult if personal research isn't done
